We started Newcents because we kept seeing the same thing: smart, motivated buyers getting into deals they didn't fully understand, overpaying for businesses that didn't stack up, or walking away from opportunities that could have been structured in their favour.

We sit entirely on the buyer's side of the table. We don't represent sellers. We don't take referral fees from brokers. We have no interest in getting a deal done unless it's the right deal for you.
